Our microclimate lets us enjoy the least rain on the wild west coast, less than 2% average days of snowfall, and creates a Goldilocks Zone – almost never too hot or cold.

In 10 minutes, we can be ‘forest bathing’ in 3, 600 acres of adjoining wilderness park with 50 km of nature paths and the 10 km Coast Trail, nationally ranked a ‘best’ day hike in Canada. Or drop your hook immediately as you leave our dock into the legendary trophy salmon-fishing hot-spot that surrounds us.

On the extreme SW Tip of Canada, SookePoint has 2, 850 feet of front-row oceanfront facing East, South and West.
